At Village Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear; if your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Hat Carefully
Place the hat in its original shipping box or a similarly sturdy container to prevent crushing or deformation during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
