The Tikia is a great new cloche hat in light brown from Barts. The hat is made of a sturdy premium raffia straw that has a lovely pattern woven into the crown and brim. There is a Barts badge sewn on the side of the hat and it comes unlined for a comfortable fit during the warm months of the year.
